Shrink Film

Shrink Film is a protective plastic film used to pack the product itself. It is used for packaging of toys, DVDs, fresh produce, frozen foods, etc. when heat is applied, the plastic shrinks and fits and creates a tight protective wrap for the product. We, at Girdhar Roll Wrap provide two types of Shrink Film – Polyolefin and Polyethylene. Shrink film (when utilizing modified atmosphere packaging) can extend the shelf life of fresh produce by preserving and prevent spoilage. LDPE (low density polyethylene) is the widely consumed type of material for secondary and tertiary packaging.
